Summary: I really do think that this Marriott needs to reconsider having weight dumbbells in the fitness room. We were in room 221 right above the weight room. It seems that many guests using these see fit to drop these at then end of a set and let them bounce. I can't tell you how annoying it is to have this booming bouncing vibration traveling up through the floor. If the Hotel can't properly manage this then they need to stop using these rooms for guests.

Summary: Was a nice and convenient place for the event my family had. It was clean but housekeeping did forget to check the drawers and previous guest left underwear and socks in a drawer (yuck). Other than that I liked the stay manager gave us points due to the oversight of the undies in the drawer. It’s was only half the points he said though. No big deal. I’d stay again if we come back again for the same event at the arena.

Summary: Unfortunately the AC in the room was soooo loud it kept me awake all night. There was also a huge water stain on the ceiling that also kept me awake. For the price there are better options in LB.
